The Politically-fueled Street Art of Banksy

Banksy is a pseudonymous English graffiti artist, political activist, film director and painter. His works are simplistic, satirical, in-your-face and illegal, which largely determined his notoriety. The man behind the work is elusive and mysterious, only adding to the hype.
That’s all I know about him, but this guy is so darn interesting that I can see myself spending quite a lot of time looking up for more information about him and his work. I might just go off and watch Exit Through the Gift Shop.

Visit his site to see more of his compelling work at www.banksy.co.uk. He doesn’t only just do street art and graffiti.

The works shown above are not mine. I do not claim credit from them.
